My stay at SpringHill Suites Austin South was enjoyable. The room was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room to relax and unpack, and the Wi-Fi worked reliably throughout my visit. The staff were cordial and attentive at every turn, making check-in and all interactions pleasurable. The shower provided intense water pressure and a consistent, comfortable temperature, and the entire hotel, from the lobby and hallways to the guest rooms, was spotless. Breakfast was well served, offering various hot and cold options for different tastes.

When we 1st arrived at the location around 11pm , the lady(she was kind of rude) at the front desk told me that my reservation was not there or in the system and instructed me to check with hampton inn and suites. So we drove over and then went back to Springhill after double-checking my email. By the time we got back , it was around midnight, and there was a gentleman there who really took the time to assist us in finding our reservation. Now he went above and beyond for us because you guys at booking.Com DID NOT enter my name correctly into the system. So he found us through my email and confirmation number. He was also very courteous and polite the whole time we were there. I forgot his name, but someone give that guy a raise!!!! ( Springhill Friday night graveyard employee )

Check in was quick and easy. Desk clerk was friendly and courteous. Enjoyed my gift of the bottled water. Location was excellent. Hope to stay there again.

The breakfast was good. Fruit was ripe and fresh. Variety of choices were available. For this type of free breakfast I would rate an 8. The Marriot next door has a very nice bar and restaurant if you just want to stay in. Very short walk across the parking lot.

The breakfast offerings matched that of other hotels in the same tier. The front desk staff, both at nightly check in and morning check out, were very patient and kind to us as we resolved a booking issue. Our conversations with them were a positive experience and we left happy.

Breakfast was pretty good and location was perfect for us. The regular beds were very comfortable, but the sofa bed was not. Room and property were very clean and the staff were professional and friendly.

I love the room size and structure. grate for kids , no crazy balcony but still great view from big windows. Standard breakfast in the morning but some hotels don't offer. Liked the décor.

Shower head missing for handicapped, refrigerator left defrosting, no toilet paper, cushion missing on sofa and free Showtime wouldn't work both days. Was given a credit of 25% off of who bill so email showed total bill approx $165. Please bill accordingly My new cell is 512.569.8451 Cynthia Cook

Once you check in ,you have multiple side entrances to get in. I love my room setup.
